Therefore, Kai dedicated his life to exploring the vast continent of the Far East, in order to capture all its great recipes and flavors.

So for many years he traveled far and wide; traversing mighty mountains, exploring lush valleys and crossing roaring seas. Discovering along the way the very best Asian cuisine and learning all its secrets. He then generously passed on this wealth of information to the future generations of his family. Whose sacred duty was to maintain and enhance this most precious culinary gift.
